- Booking and Reservations:
a. All bookings are subject to availability.
b. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
c. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Payment Policy:
a. At full payment is required before the commencement of the tour.
b. Accepted payment methods include [bank transfer and PayPal).
c. All prices are in USD($) unless otherwise stated. - Cancellation and Refund:
a. Cancellations must be made in writing.
b. Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation period and is subject to applicable fees.
c. No refunds for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the tour start date. - Tour Alterations:
a. The agency reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances.
b. In the event of tour cancellation by the agency, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option. - Travel Insurance:
a. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers.
b. The agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the tour. - Client Responsibilities:
a. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents.
b. Any health conditions must be disclosed to the agency before the tour. - Liability:
a. The agency is not liable for loss, injury, or damage during the tour.
b. Clients participate in activities at their own risk. - Force Majeure:
a. The agency is not responsible for unforeseen events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or political unrest. - Privacy Policy:
a. Client information is treated with confidentiality and is not shared with third parties.
b. The agency may use client information for communication and marketing purposes. - Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
